We do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any information collected through our website.

Your payment information is held only by a reputable third-party company Stripe that takes and processes your payment or refund. We never have access to your card details. Stripes Data Protection Policy will be available on their website.

Your order information that contains your title, name, telephone number, email address, and delivery address will be permanently deleted after the 28 day returns period. We must keep it until then to be able to process any returns within that period.

If you have opted into our mailing list then wish to unsubscribe you can do this whenever you wish to by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails or by emailing us directly at together@terracesandtroops.co.uk to request manual removal. These manual removal requests may take a few days to action so please consider the automatic option in the first instance.
